Tips on how to wear your Senior Cap on your Photo Session date: Brenda

Wearing a senior cap in a photo session can be tricky, as many seniors feel uncomfortable with how tightly it fits on the head, discouraging them from wearing it and potentially ruining their hairstyle for the rest of the photoshoot. However, for girls, there’s a great solution, and Brenda showcased it perfectly throughout her photo session, styling it in a unique way.

Brenda brought two different outfits for her senior photo shoot. Florals are always one of my favorites, as they bring out a cute, feminine side to any photo session. I love black and white photography, so I decided to play around with it to evoke the nostalgia of these final days of high school—and she loved them!

Her white formal dress, paired with her cap and gown, was a perfect match. Not everyone loves including a senior cap in a photo session, but Brenda found the perfect way to style it without ruining her hair. A simple trick is using bobby pins to secure it towards the back of the head for a stylish look while still making the best of it for your graduation pictures!

Brenda knew how important it was to honor the tradition of wearing a cap and gown for her session, and she made it work flawlessly!
